Quickly Checking the Status of All of Your Sites
Application 2: You want to be able to quickly check the status of all of your sites without having to contact each one individually.
Solution: Simply connect to your Infinity Site Status home page to see the status of all of your sites at a glance.
Log onto the Infinity host and view your secure Infinity Site Status home page.
The iSite Status column shows the status of events recorded by your site controller (site controller equipment status, pump status, card errors, etc.). If any events have recently occurred, an Events! Link will show in the row of the corresponding site and the box will be either yellow or red depending upon the severity of the event. Click on this link to view the events. A green box with no Events! flag means everything is OK.
The Hours Left column shows the status of the inventory at your sites based on your sales history. A green box means the inventory levels are OK. Yellow means one of your tanks at the site is estimated to run out of fuel in 36 hours or less . Red means one of your tanks at the site is estimated to run out of fuel in 24 hours or less (36 and 24 hours are the default levels; you may change them to your preference). Clicking on the red or yellow Hours Left links in the box will provide you the inventory information, including days/hours of inventory left and the estimated empty date and time for each of your tanks. To view all tanks, click on the iFleet Reporting link on the Infinity Site Status Page.
